I founded Graceful Goodbyes after personally caring for my mother during the final months of her life. That experience showed me how important compassionate guidance and emotional support can be during one of life’s most difficult seasons.
My mission is to help individuals and families feel informed, supported, and never alone while honoring each person’s wishes with dignity and grace.

An End-of-Life Doula is a non-medical professional who provides emotional, practical, and personal support before, during, and shortly after death.
A doula can help reduce fear, encourage meaningful conversations, assist with planning, support caregivers, and create a calm and comforting environment for individuals and their loved ones.

No. Hospice provides medical care. An End-of-Life Doula provides non-medical emotional, practical, and personal support and can work alongside hospice professionals.

No. Graceful Goodbyes complements hospice care but does not replace nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, or other healthcare professionals.
